But you may said that there are many countries could do lashes products, why Chinese eyelash manufacturer is good? Yes, many countries doing eyelash wholesale business, but China are first one. Even if the European or American companies said they are eyelash manufacturer, most of them buy lashes from China and sell in their own country. Because the eyelash products are labor-intensive work, the salary of European or American are too expensive to doing this. 1. Samples are first step. You could know the lashes on your hand not just from pictures and the words they told. Because pictures maybe from internet, words they told maybe just make you satisfied but not real. So, do not refuse a lash factory that needs you to pay for the samples or the shipping fee. You never know the quality except get the samples.
2. Test the samples. You may know much about how to test, but I need tell you how to test from the first sight. First, look if the lashes are tidy from the box inside. One or two fiber off is normal, but if there are so many fiber off and many dirty things, reject this factory, because that means the factory is not clean and poor management. Second, No hurry to place bulk order only by the lashes samples looking great. Test the samples at least 7-14 days on yourself or your customers. Good products should be tested by time. Third, place a small bulk order to try the quality of bulk order products. Because many companies have good samples but poor bulk order products.
3. Ask the delivery time for bulk order. You many confused that why delivery time is a point to know the quality. For private label lashes, if their delivery time is 2-3 weeks (10-15working days) , that means their factory is not busy, not so many orders. So, there are not so many customers in their company. Their quality maybe not so good. For example, the delivery time of our factory is about 20-25 working days (4-5weeks), this month we are doing the order placed on last month. Even though we could do 50k-60k trays of lash extensions per month, we need make the orders one by one according to the time sequence.
4. Ask the location of their factory. 95% Chinese eyelash manufacturer are in Qingdao city. If not so, they maybe are trading companies.
